What's the difference?

The biggest difference that you will see between PRO and Value is the dirt, dust & scratch removal and color balance. Both scans will be a high resolution 18MP scan and can be saved as Jpeg or Tiff.

Some slides will have more dust & scratches than others, some will have less. Our Value service allows you to digitally preserve your slides at a lower cost while still offering our highest quality of the PRO scans for customers who want to do some of the post scan editing themselves.

Slides that have an exceptional amount of dirt, dust & scratches on the film will be more visible on the value level digital images.

Slides that are already appearing red will have better results when scanned at the PRO level. The value level scans will still have a very strong red hue to the image.
